2. How We Use Your Data
- Notification: We use your email only once to inform you when your question is chosen.
- Credit Attribution: We display your username and social media link alongside selected questions.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
Unselected Questions: All associated data (question, username, email, social link) is permanently deleted within 24 hours of decision.
Selected Questions: We retain your question content and optional credit details indefinitely for display. Your email is deleted immediately after notification.
4. Security Measures
We employ industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encrypted storage and secure connections (HTTPS). However, no system is completely foolproof.
6. Third-Party Services
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or analytics. We only use email providers to send notifications; these providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
